Education Information Session: How to Balance It All

Homeschool Roster and Hardeman County Homeschoolers are hosting an Education Information Session: How to Balance It All on Saturday, September 30, 2023, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Carriage House Coffee in Bolivar, Tennessee. You do not have to be a homeschool parent to attend. Learning how to balance it all is a skill that can benefit all parents.

SESSION SUMMARY

One of the most important things we can do to make sure our homeschooling adventure is successful, is to make our students’ homeschool education a vital part of our daily lives without it consuming our daily lives. But how do we do that and what does it look like? So, no matter what your situation looks like, she can help you with a homeschool plan that will work for you and your family.

Learning how to balance it all is a skill that can benefit any parent whether their child is homeschooled, or attends public school or private school.

LANI CAREY

Lani Carey, a veteran homeschool mom who began homeschooling her oldest daughter in 1991, and continued teaching at co-ops and tutorials until 2020, will share some stories and very practical ways to do this. She has been a counselor with HLA for 20 years, and has gained a wealth of knowledge and insight from talking to thousands of parents about this very topic.

The event is free and open to the public, but registration is required. You may register here now to attend. See other free education information sessions.
