The C.H. Nash Museum at Chucalissa may have, at one time, been abandoned for more than 200 years, but now it is a thriving museum. Its goal is “to provide a range of educational programs to promote greater awareness and appreciation of the accomplishments of the Native American people of the Mid-South, both past and present.” Chucalissa provides a wonderful learning experience with its hands-on archaeology lab, history and activities, and guided tours.
