Now, into the New Year, more requirements follow to ensure your student remains eligible for the scholarship. Help your student stay on track by completing the scholarship requirements by the noted deadlines.

Students must file their Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) application by this date. All students are encouraged to complete this form starting January 1 of the New Year, because funds are distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Waiting to file near the deadline severely reduces the amount of funding a student receives.
Students must also attend their first partnering organization mandatory meeting by this date.
