Beginning Sign Language Class Offered in Bolivar
A 10-week beginning American Sign Language course will be offered in Bolivar at the Bolivar-Hardeman County Library. The course is great for any person who has always wanted to learn the language. It is also a course family members can attend to learn a new language together for communication. Sign language is also now accepted at many colleges and universities to satisfy the foreign language requirement that some have for admission. The class will be a great introduction to the language and its uses.
The class will be held on Mondays starting January 9, 2023, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.. The suggested donation for attending the class is $50. You may contact the teacher, Brittney Willis, at (731) 609-5765 for more information.
