Union University Hosts STEM Day in November

Union University is hosting STEM Day for high school students (classes of 2022-2025) on Friday, November 4, 2022, to give them a preview of the STEM programs offered at the college that include Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, and Physics. Students will visit those different academic departments and experience a day of hands-on activities providing insight into that study as well as careers in STEM.
Participants will meet faculty and students in the different departments, and university staff at the school who can answer admission questions. If your child knows they want to follow a STEM path, meeting faculty and students in each department may help them determine which specific area they would like to pursue.
While on campus, students will attend two breakout sessions in two different departments in which they have an interest. Lunch will be served and a campus tour is available after STEM Day for those who would like to see more of the Union University campus.
