DESCRIPTION:EVENT DETAILS\nWe will take a guided through the National Bird Dog Museum which houses a repository of art\, photography\, and memorabilia about field trials\, shooting sports\, and over 40 breeds of bird dogs\, including pointing\, flushing\, and retrieving breeds. The museum is a 30\,000 square foot facility housing the Field Trial Hall of Fame\, Sporting Dog Hall of Fame\, Retriever Hall of Fame\, and the Wildlife Heritage Center. \nSUGGESTED AGE/GRADE\nThe suggested age/grade is kindergarten through high school students\, and adults. \nDATES & TIMES\nWednesday\, August 21\, 2024\, at 10 a.m. \nLOCATION\nBird Dog Museum – Grand Junction \nPRICE\nAdult – $optional donation\nStudent – $optional donation\nChild – $optional donation \nNOTES\nAdmission is free. Would you like to donate to the Bird Dog Museum organization? All proceeds will go directly to the Bird Dog Museum. \nPARKING\nParking is free at the Bird Dog Museum. \nREGISTRATION DEADLINE\nRegistration will remain open through Thursday\, August 15\, 2024\, at 12 p.m. CST or until spaces fill. \nWAIVER & RELEASE\nRead the field trip waiver and release form.
