All supplies will be provided for you to create your own arrangement and be able to take it home to display for the holiday season. \nSUGGESTED AGE/GRADE\nKindergarten through high school. \n\n\nDATE & TIME\nTuesday\, December 2\, 2025\, at 2 p.m. \nLOCATION\nHardeman County UT/TSU Extension office \nPRICE\nAdult – $5\nStudent – $5\nChild – $5 \nNOTES\nPlease only register for your family; do not combine different families on one registration. If your child is attending with another family\, please register your child and add a note in the comments with the name of the family bringing your child. \nPARKING\nParking is free at the Hardeman County UT/TSU Extension office. \nREGISTRATION DEADLINE\nRegistration will remain open through Sunday\, November 30\, 2025\, at 6 p.m. CST or until spaces fill. Funds must be received by Sunday\, November 30\, 2025\, at 6 p.m. CST to be included with the group. \nWAIVER & RELEASE\nRead the field trip waiver and release form. \nPAYMENT OPTIONS\nThere are three payment options. Include your name\, the name associated with the order\, and the order number of the registration in the comments/as a note\, so your funds will be applied properly. \n1) Check written to “Ponomo” and received at Homeschool Roster\, P.O. Box 614\, Bolivar\, Tennessee 38008. \n2) PayPal as “Friends and Family” to Homeschool Roster (homeschoolroster@gmail.com). Funds will be returned if not sent in that manner. \n3) Venmo to Homeschool Roster (@homeschoolroster)\, not a purchase. Funds will be returned if not sent in that manner. \n  \nRefunds will not be issued after Sunday\, November 30\, 2025\, at 6 p.m. CST.
