Bryan College Summer Institute Program

Each year, Bryan College offers high school students an opportunity to grow in their walks with the Lord, experience college life, and earn college credit through its Summer Institute immersion program. The week-long program, which is heading into its sixth year, will be offered Sunday through Saturday, July 5 – 11, 2026, on the Bryan College campus in Dayton, Tennessee.

Students attending the Summer Institute will choose from 10 different accredited academic tracks, which include:

  • Christian Leadership
  • Creative Writing
  • Criminal Justice
  • Engineering 3D Design
  • Engineering Electrical Systems
  • Exercise & Health Science
  • Nursing
  • Theater
  • Visual Arts

Summer Institute tracks entail 22 hours of seat time during the week of Summer Institute. To be eligible for the 1-credit hour, attached to a Summer Institute track, students must be physically present and actively participate in at least 75 percent of the seat time (16.5 hours). Students who miss this seat time due to illness, arriving late, or departing early will be withdrawn from the 1-credit hour course.” ~ Bryan College
