Lions and tigers and bears, oh my . . . well, maybe not, but Miniature Zebu, Scarlet Macaw and White Bearded Wildebeast. Regardless, it’s a safari out there and we will be right there in the midst of it all. After living in Tennessee as long as I have, it has taken me this long to finally visit the Tennessee Safari Park. If you join us, you will get to go on a guided safari bus ride through the park, feed the animals and walk through another park area to see even more zoo animals. After the bus ride, you may drive your vehicle through to see additional tour area where more safari animals live. It’s wild, I know.
A neat bit of history: The Tennessee Safari Park is located on a century farm owned by the Conley Family since 1858, called Hillcrest.
SUGGESTED AGE/GRADE
The suggested age/grade is preschool through high school students, and adults.

Tennessee Safari Park – 618 Conley Road, Alamo, 38001
PRICE
Adult (parent/teacher) – $0 – One parent/teacher is permitted to accompany their child(ren) at no charge. Any additional adult must pay the full price.
Adult – $16
Student – $12
Child – $12 (age two through high school)
Food Buckets – $3 each (food will be provided on the bus, but you may purchase more to use on the bus in case it runs out for the group or for after the tour bus, if you drive through in your vehicle)
NOTES
Food buckets are provided on the tour bus. If you plan to drive through in your vehicle after the tour, you may want to purchase a food bucket.
PARKING
Parking is free at the Tennessee Safari Park.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Registration will remain open through Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 12 p.m. CST or until spaces fill. Funds must be received by Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 12 p.m. CST to be included with the group.
WAIVER & RELEASE
Read the field trip waiver and release form.
Refunds will not be issued after Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 12 p.m. CST.
