Adventure Science Center Expands Homeschool Program

The Adventure Science Center (ASC) in Nashville revealed its 2026/2027 Homeschool Once A Month program offerings with some updates, which will make S.T.E.M. lovers and their parents very happy. One of the biggest changes is parents of multiple age children can plan same day programs for all of their children instead of scattered days throughout the month. Classes will be offered on the same day for all groups.

Kindergarten through second grade and third grade through fifth grade will be held Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. and sixth grade and older will be held Mondays and Thursdays from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.

Students will be able to choose from previously offered classes as well as new ones, which include the turtle dissection and others. Registration may be for the semester or individual classes.

Parents will be happy to know the registration price remains the same as $25 for members and $30 for non-members. A class discount is offered when a student is registered for the whole semester at once.

Registration for the upcoming 2026/2027 session starts on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 9 a.m. first for students who participated in the previous year. New students may start registering on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 9 a.m. and those interested in taking only individual classes may register on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 9 a.m.
