Jackson State Plans Second Annual Easter Egg Hunt

Jackson, TN – Jackson State Community College Athletics is set to welcome families from across West Tennessee to the Second Annual JSCC Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 28, 2026, on the campus of Jackson State Community College.

Following the success of last year’s free event, the Easter Egg Hunt returns bigger and better, offering a fun, safe, and family-friendly celebration for the community. Gates will open at 10 a.m. to explore vendors, play games, and more, with the hunt beginning at 11 a.m. at JSCC Field, located at 37 Alumni Drive, Jackson, Tennessee.

The Easter celebration will feature fun games, music, and vendors, creating a festive environment for children and families of all ages. As an added bonus, attendees are invited to a free JSCC baseball game following the event beginning at noon.

“This event is about more than eggs — it’s about community, family, and creating memories,” said JSCC Athletic Director Dr. Kevin Lynum. “We are excited to welcome all of West Tennessee back to our campus for a second year and continue building traditions that connect our college with the people we serve.”

The Second Annual JSCC Easter Egg Hunt is free and open to the public, and families are encouraged to arrive early.

Businesses and individuals interested in participating and sponsoring the event can contact Dr. Lynum for more information at [email protected].
