Presenting 2026 Homeschool Graduate Bricey Hampton

Bricey is a HomeLife Academy student and homeschooled her junior and senior years in high school. She is the daughter of Ronnie and Rhonda Hampton, and granddaughter of Butch, Kemberly, and JoAnn Roden. She loved the opportunity to fast-track her learning as she pursues a career in nursing.
She shared what she enjoyed about homeschool, the experiences and memories, some tips, her future plans, and favorite places to visit in West Tennessee.
CHALLENGES: I had a hard time focusing on work due to having so many seizures.
BENEFITS: I liked that I could finish assignments on my time frame without a teacher breathing down my neck. I was able to finally take some classes that will help me in nursing school. It was a good experience, and I am proud of myself for graduating.
TIPS FOR STUDENTS: Get it all done, fast!
TIPS FOR PARENTS: Don’t nag your kids to get their work done. They’re doing their best with all the new stuff that’s way different now.
FUTURE: Bricey is looking forward to attending Jackson State Community College in the fall with plans to study in the Nursing Program. She would like to become a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nurse.
Bricey’s West Tennessee Favorites
Favorite place to eat: My favorite place to eat is at McDonald’s.
Favorite place to go: I like shopping at Five Below.
Favorite thing to do: I like reading, sleeping, and spending time with family.
Congratulations to Bricey, who is a West Tennessee Homeschool Class of 2026 graduate!
