University of Lambuth M.D. Anderson Planetarium Schedule – April

The University of Lambuth M.D. Anderson Planetarium { 299 Maple Street, Jackson, 38301 } is geared up for April with a number of shows that will have your children gazing into the night sky. The shows are Tuesdays and Fridays and the doors open 15 minutes before the show starts, so be on time! Once the “in use” lights are on, entry will not be permitted.

Friday, April 10, 2026, at 3:45 p.m. – “Time Space”, Kids’ After School Special Planetarium Show
Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. – “Black Holes: The Other Side of Infinity”
Friday, April 17, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. – “Black Holes: The Other Side of Infinity”
Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. – “Sunstruck”
Friday, April 24, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. – “Sunstruck”
Saturday, April 25, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. – “The Cowboy Astronomer”, Kids’ After School Special Planetarium Show
Tuesday, April 28, at 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. – “5000 Eyes: Mapping the Universe with DESI”
The shows are free and no reservation is required to attend.
