Freed-Hardeman Offers Discount to Alumni Pursuing Graduate or Higher Degree
Henderson, Tennessee – The Freed-Hardeman University Office of Graduate Admissions introduces the Loyal Lion Discount, a 10 percent discount available to all alumni who wish to pursue a graduate program at FHU. This brand new offering may be applied to new, repeat or current graduate alumni—ensuring enhanced educational opportunity for all loyal FHU Lions.
“At a time when the cost of just about everything seems to be rising, we’re proud to offer something that goes in the other direction—a meaningful discount for our alumni,” said Assistant Dean of Graduate Admissions Trent Adams. “The Loyal Lion Discount is more than just a financial benefit; it’s our way of saying that your relationship with FHU doesn’t end at graduation. We want to continue serving our alumni with a high-quality, Christ-centered education and help them take the next step in their careers or ministry—without financial barriers standing in the way.”
While the discount is available to alumni who received their bachelor’s degree from FHU, it is also open to those alumni who have already completed a master’s but wish to return for further graduate studies, including a doctorate.
Alumnus Nathan Lewis received his B.A. in history, B.S. in Bible, M.A. in ministry, Ed.S. and Ed.D. all from FHU, and he remains grateful for his many academic opportunities.
“After receiving my bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degree from Freed-Hardeman University, I can confidently say that earning all my degrees from FHU has been one of the best decisions for my career,” said Mr. Lewis. “The consistency in academic excellence, the supportive Christian environment, and the relationships I built with faculty and peers have been invaluable.
