Family in Court Battling Right to Hold Tutorial at Home
Longtime homeschooler Mikki Weddle and the other homeschool families are currently involved in a legal case regarding the Learning Pod Protection Act. Mikki and those families formed the Anchor Cottage Tutorial, which is held in her home and follows required guidelines. The matter at hand affects all homeschoolers and future opportunities to create learning communities in their home. The case is scheduled to return to court on Wednesday, April 29, 2026.
