City of Bolivar Parks and Recreation Department is holding a Summer Golf League for children ages seven through 17. Although registration is closed, it is an annual league, so check back timely next year.
June 1 – 25 – Hardeman County Schools is holding a Summer Learning Camp Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
June 2 – Bolivar Central High School (BCHS) is holding softball tryouts { Highway 64 Middle Field, Bolivar, 38008 } from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Registration opens at 6:30 p.m.
June 3 – BCHS is holding baseball tryouts on the high school field at 4 p.m. Sign ups start at 3 p.m. Questions? Call Coach Clint Barnes at (731) 659-1921.
June 6 – Kids Fishing Tournament will be held at Sand Beach Lake { 575 East Market Street, Bolivar, 38008 ] for children ages eight through 13, 9 a.m. Registration opens at 8 a.m. Free event.

Volunteer/Community Service
There are several places throughout Hardeman County for teens to volunteer. Some include the public libraries, Hardeman Adoptable Animals, City of Bolivar Community Garden, the Hardeman County Arts Center, and more. Reach out and find somewhere to volunteer.
