Homeschool Days continue through October 2024 at the Alcatraz East Crime Museum and WonderWorks.


High school seniors that are 18 years old may register for the UpSkill Workforce Readiness Program that starts on Monday, November 4, 2024, through Jackson State Community College’s Workforce Solutions.
High school seniors should register for the Tennessee Promise Scholarship. Deadline is Friday, November 1, 2024, at 11:50 p.m.

Homeschool Interactive Movie of Hocus Pocus will be held at the Mildred G. Fields Memorial Library { 1075 East Van Hook Street Suite A, Milan, 38358 } at 2:30 p.m.
Show your Tennessee State issued I.D. and get free admission at the National Civil Rights Museum from 3 p.m. – 5 p.m.
TUESDAY, October 22, 2024
Homeschool Day will be held at the Todd Family Fun Farm { 101 Tom Austin Road Dyer, 38330 } from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Homeschool Hangout: Halloween Party & Interactive Movie will be held at the Humboldt Public Library at 2 p.m. There will be music, a movie (Hotel Transylvania), treats, and games.
THURSDAY, October 24, 2024
The Metal Museum offers free admission to Tennessee residents with a Tennessee state issued photo ID for visitors 18 years of age or older. Visitors under the age of 17 without a state issued photo ID must be accompanied by a current Tennessee resident with a valid photo ID.

Christian Brothers Preview Day will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. for prospective students and their families.
A Virtual Physical Therapist Assistant Information Session will be presented by Jackson State Community College from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.

Have You Considered Home School? free information session will be held at White House Coffee and Co { 12485 US-64, Somerville, 38068 }. Get an overview of how to legally homeschool in Tennessee, homeschool styles, curriculum options, sports, local resources for homeschoolers, and an open time for attendees to get their home school questions answered.
Homeschool Fall Festival will be held at Paris Landing State Park from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Games, activities, vendors and resource booths, food trucks, live band, s’mores fire pit, and more!
