West Tennessee Used Curriculum Book Sale Listings
Disclaimer: This post is a public service announcement letting you know where you can shop for used school books and more. In no way am I trying to get you to purchase more books than you need, cause you to hide books in your car, or have to justify why you spent the grocery money on books. 😉 Know if you do, I will completely understand. I am right there with you, because I absolutely love books and will make just about any excuse as to why I should have more. Are you the same?
The next few months will be ones of excitement for many homeschoolers. Why? Because it is time for used homeschool curriculum sales. There is nothing better than finding yourself smack in the middle of a room full of homeschool books (new or used). This year, as always, there will be a number of used curricula sales for you to attend in the West Tennessee area.
Some sales are confirmed and the details for others are still being worked out. See the list below for upcoming sale events. As I learn of others, I will add them. If you know of a sale that is not listed, feel free to e-mail me the information. Please do not contact the venue for event information. Use the contact information that is provided on each listing.
In-Person Sales
Date: Monday, April 27, 2026
Event: MHEA Show and Share
Address: Leawood East Baptist Church, 1620 North Houston Levee Road, Cordova, 38016
Time: 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Details: Seasoned homeschoolers will bring and share about their curriculum favorites and how they used it in their homeschool. You will be able to browse curriculum on site to help in your decision of what you plan to purchase. Although this is a show and share and not a shopping experience, there will be some curriculum giveaways. You do not have to be an MHEA member to attend.

Event: Homeschool Book Sale & Swap

Time: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Date: Friday, May 15
Event: MHEA Used Book Sale & Young Entrepreneur Market
Address: Central Church, 2005 East Winchester Boulevard, Collierville, 38017
Time: 10 – a.m. – 2 p.m.
Details: Admission is $1 with a family maximum of $5. You do not have to be an MHEA member to sell or shop at this sale. Set-up begins at 1 p.m. and all sellers are required to stay until the end of the sale. Table registration is:

Non-MHEA member reservation:
$20 – Non-Member Table

Event: Homeschool Curriculum Sale

Time: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Admission: It is free to shop.
Details: Load up your car with your used homeschool items and books for people to shop your trunk while our children play at the park. Bring your lunch to enjoy afterward.

Event: Annual DeSoto County Curriculum Sale
Address: Longview Heights Baptist Church Gym, 4501 Goodman Road, Olive Branch Mississippi, 38654
Time: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Set up begins at 8:15 a.m.
Admission: It is free to sell and shop.
Details: Reservations are not required. Just show up, set up, and sell. You must bring your own table and chairs.
Date: Saturday, May 30, 2026
Event: Homeschool Curriculum Sale
Address: Estes Church of Christ Activity Center, 3505 Highway 45 South, Henderson, 38340
Time: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Details: Shop curriculum of all grade levels including books and literature, teacher resources, educational games and manipulatives, science kits, and more. Registration closes Friday, May 15, 2026, so register now to participate.

Details: Shop online from homeschoolers in West Tennessee. In-person delivery is available in the Jackson and Memphis areas, as well as shipping to outside of those areas.
