tnAchieves Offers Job Shadowing Program
Along with managing the Tennessee Promise scholarship, tnAchieves offers students a variety of experiences to help them achieve future success, which includes its Job Shadowing program. tnAchieves has partnered with 21 organizations for students to learn through a job shadowing experience to help them jumpstart their career.
There are organizations throughout all regions of Tennessee with positions for students to gain experience in fields like banking, hospitality, logistics, medical, and more. Students are encouraged to not miss this opportunity, which could lead to a promising career. The following are organizations in all three regions of Tennessee with open job shadow positions, which will be offered in June 2026.

Some of the benefits of participating in the program include earning community service hours, which is a Tennessee Promise requirement; exploring career interests and gaining experience in a career field of interests; and networking with professionals working in a career in which a student has an interest.
