SCHOLARSHIP: Molly McCarley Future Leader Scholarship

DESCRIPTION: Molly McCarley has long been a staple within the Fayette County community. She has served as a teacher, principal, and mentor within Fayette County Public Schools. Ms. McCarley is a founder of Leadership Fayette, a member of the WestStar Class of 1995, and has served and continues to serve on multiple boards in the community. As a result of her service, Leadership Fayette, in collaboration with the Bank of Fayette County, is excited to award three scholarships to students who have shown, and plan to continue, excellence in leadership, and service.

AWARD: Three scholarships of $500 will be awarded.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Applicant must be a graduating high school senior from a public or private school that operates in Fayette County, Tennessee or be a graduating home school senior that maintains their primary residence in Fayette County, Tennessee. Preference will be given to applicants with a record of service and leadership within their school and community.

ACT OR SAT: Not required.

GPA BASED: At least a 2.5 (on a 4.0 scale) or above grade point average.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: Monday April 15, 2024
